We understand that the first thing a Realtor does after listing a home is to put a yard sign in the customer’s front yard. It is the quality and overall impression of that sign that makes homeowners feel comfortable about the company they chose for this important moment in their lives.
NAR statistics show that 71% of leads from homebuyers come from an inquiry made as a result of the sign in the front yard. This is why brokers and agents use our signage to build their corporate image and personal recognition.
Real estate companies often find the look of a wood or aluminum swing post with a sign that hangs fits with their image. We are happy to meet your needs with printed signs to fit on these posts. As always, design and color matching is included, and a layout will be sent on your first order at no extra charge.
We have a great deal of material choices for hanging signs.
The two materials chosen most often are PVC and .040 aluminum.
PVC is an economical choice, but does bow and does not take the heat very well. It should be used ONLY as temporary signage, therefore cause people to choose another material.
Our .040 aluminum is a top-of-the-line material. It is made of the same material thickness as many street signs and will hang straight with a high gloss finish and a clear laminate to protect against scratches. It will not rust but could bend in very heavy winds. The only drawback to choosing this material is the additional charge. Many of our customers, however, feel that this material is the best for this application.
Riders are made of Coroplast, for PVC Riders, please add $1, for Aluminum riders, please add $3.
